TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The minimum age limit for drivers is 20 years.
• Drivers must produce a valid passport and a full driver's license that has been held for at least one year prior to hiring a car.

Payment:

• Prices quoted at the time of reservation are guaranteed.
• There is no charge for making booking amendments, however you may be required to pay the amount equal to one day's rental as a booking deposit. This deposit will be used to offset the remaining balance.
• A bond of between $200 and $300, depending on car type, will be collected at the time of entering into the rental contract. It is refundable on completion of the rent.

Delivery and Collection:

• in Sevastopol: free.
• in Simferopol: $20.
• at the Simferopol airport: $25.
• for other locations: please ask.

Insurance

A Third Party Insurance and a Vehicle Insurance (Kasko) are included in your quotation.

Equipment:

GPS (Global Positioning System) and baby-seat: available on request as an optional extra.

Return of vehicle:

• You must return the vehicle to the place, on the date and by the time shown on the rental contract and in the same condition as it was at the commencement of the rental.
• For your convenience your car will be supplied with a certain amount of fuel. Return the car with the same amount of fuel as when rented.

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your car rental, please contact us. There will be no charge if cancelled 48 hours prior to your pickup time. Cancellation after this time or if you do not pick up the car will incur a fee of one day's rental.
