Description
A brand new house is situated in the center of the resort town of Novyi Svet, on South-East Coast, 10 km from Sudak. Novyi Svet is considered to be one of the most scenic areas on the Crimean Coast. So many Soviet movies were filmed here! The town is well known for its fine beaches, a large juniper forest and for an eponymous sort of champagne produced here since the late 19th century when a local landowner, Prince Lev Golitsyn founded the Champagne wines factory in Novyi Svet.
The Vacation House offers four sea view suites with an ensuite bathroom, equipped kitchenette, private terrace overlooking the Novyi Svet Bay. The rooms have air-conditioning, cable TV and 24 hour cold/hot water supply. A nice, private backyard belongs to the house. Outdoor amenities include: a picnic pavilion, outside dining facilities - yard tables, yard seats, parasol, longues, hammock, BBQ grill etc. There is a car parking lot.
The beach is only a 5 minutes walk through a wonderful, shady juniper park. There is a number of recreation facilities nearby: water sports (sailing, diving, swimming on site, personal watercraft, hydrocycle rentals), restaurants & cafes, Internet clubs, discos and others. Certain areas of the town have Wi-Fi coverage.
1st floor. A sea view suite consists of a bedroom, ensuite bathroom and an equipped kitchenette with dining facilities located in the terrace. The suite can sleep 2 (+1) persons. Amenities: air-conditioning, cable TV, gas stove, fridge, dishes, crockery and utensils.

3rd floor. This spacious high-ceiling one-room suite in two levels with a mansard offers an astonishing panoramic view of the Novyi Svet Bay. The sleeping area with a double bed is located in the mansard (sleeps max 4). The room is decorated with natural bamboo. There is a dining area with a kitchenette: microwave, gas stove, fridge, crockery and utensils. Other amenities: ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, LCD TV-set, cable TV, DVD.
